Day 2 - Visite Des Pyramides De Gizeh Et Le Musée Du Caire (Train de nuit Aswan)

Découverte du plateau de Gizeh célèbre pour ses Pyramides dont celle de Khéops, la seule des Sept Merveilles du monde antique qui ait survécu, Khephren et Mykérinos et l’énigmatique Sphinx mi-homme – mi-lion qui défend l’entrée des sépultures royales. A proximité, entourées de plus petites tombes se trouvent les pyramides des reines. Déjeuner. L’après-midi, visite du Musée du Caire et les trésors de Toutankhamon. Train de nuit pour Aswan

Day 3 - Aswan Et Embarquement

Arrivée à Aswan. Visite du temple de Philae, la perle du Nil (environ 2h de visite). Embarquement et installation sur votre felouque. Balade à pieds sur la célèbre île Elephantine. Dîner et nuit sur la felouque

Day 4 - Visite Des Villages Nubiens

Balade dans les villages Nubiens(~2h30) : rencontre avec les fellahs, thé chez l’habitant et promenade entre les maisons peintes. Déjeuner à bord puis navigation. L’après-midi, une promenade sur l’île du Harbiab (1h30). Repas et nuit à bord.

Day 5 - Visite De Kom Ombo Et Le Marche Quotidien De Daraw

Après le petit déjeuner, dépaysement garanti au marché de Daraw. Vous déambulez dans le fouillis du marché populaire où couleurs, parfums d’Orient et d’Afrique sont autant de symphonies pour les yeux et les narines. Ensuite après une petite pause, vous visitez le temple du dieu crocodile le temple de Kom Ombo (1h30). Déjeuner, possibilité de baignade selon les consignes de votre accompagnateur, puis nous reprenons notre navigation paisible sur Hapi le Nil dieu.

Day 6 - VIsite Des Carrières Du Djebel El Silsila

Ballade dans une palmeraie sur les hauteurs du Nil entre fleuve et désert de la rive gauche (endroit exceptionnel) : nous découvrons le village de Fares (3h). Déjeuner et navigation, puis nous prolongeons notre randonnée jusqu’aux carrières de l’époque pharaonique dans les montagnes du Djebel Silsila (1h30). Nous y découvrons la salle du couronnement du Général Horemheb, dernier pharaon de la XVIIIème dynastie. Repas et nuit à bord.

Day 7 - Visite Du Temple D'Edfou Et La Vallée Des Rois

Nous quittons nos embarcations le matin à la découverte du temple d’Horus (2h), construit durant la période ptolémaïque. Transfert à Louxor. Après le déjeuner, visite de la Vallée des Rois (2h) qui fut le site que choisirent les dynasties de Haute Égypte pour installer leur nécropole. Vous visitez 3 tombeaux superbement décorés. Transfert vers l’hôtel. Dîner libre

Day 8 - Visite Du Temple De Karnak -Vol De Retour

Petit Déjeuner à l’hôtel. Départ le matin pour visiter le temple de Karnak (2h30 de visite) puis transfert à l’aéroport de Louxor pour votre vol de départ.

Baggage

You must pack all of your belongings in 2 bags: 1 backpack and 1 large flexible travel bag.

  1. Backpack:
    it will be useful for the transport of your personal belongings during the day.
    It will also serve as a hand luggage when traveling for all your fragile business (camera ...), valuable (when your accommodation does not have a safe) and for your possible medications.
    He will be in the cabin during air transport. Generally, the weight of cabin luggage is limited to 10 kg per person.

Clothing

Specific formalities

Visa:

Visa required for Europeen travelers .You can travel to Egypt with your passport or identity card
the easiest way is when you arrive in Egypt for about 25 euros. If traveling with an ID card and purchasing the visa on arrival, provide a photo ID. Our representative will be inside the airport to facilitate your visa upon arrival and will accompany you to your hotel.

Gratuities (Tipping)

This practice is rooted in tradition, and is done as part of an exchange in appreciation of a given work. At the end of a trip, it is customary to show your satisfaction by tipping the team of sailors and guide who accompanied you during your trip.
